Call for Resturant cooler leaking, he call back that can he come now instead of come for appointment next day, I say okay, he start to work at 1.15 finishing at 2.30pm not do anything except cleaning Then he charge for $534.60 with cleaning and hour fee for 3.5hour . I ask u do not even 2hour why this much ,he said for trip charge from auburn his shop, OMG unbelievable, the worth is .it is still leaking. I only here other shop do $100 trip plus what ever hour they work plus part that’s understandable.

Called John as my mother's furnace blower motor had seized/burned up, which he had replaced 10 months prior...he couldn't get to her for 3 days !!! Once there, he charged for the entire trip from the shop to her house, time to go get the new motor, and return, then disassembled the new motor to look at the internal sealed bearings to try and grease them ! He then finally installed the motor. Motor was under a 1 year warranty from installation in January, the new motor he said, would only have the duration of the first motor's warranty.. about 2 months.. He took his sweet time in getting this replaced, then was going to take additional time to grease the furnace door latch that "squeaked"... and replace the furnace filter. Hi, Barb Ridley: So sorry you are unhappy with our service. I am also sad because that new motor on your 1950's furnace did not hold up. Good news is your warranty on that motor has gone thru and is approved. I hope you will see that the charges are honest. and that i always strive to do " Quality " repairs.

Can't say enough about john..my fathers boiler was on the fritz and it was 15 degrees out.he was there in an hour and repaired it and had it running within an hour and a half..wore a mask and was very professional..thank you john

John came out on short notice and did a wonderful job repairing my furnace ! Would highly recommend his expertise !
