Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Warning! DO NOT hire!! We had our lines cleaned out and when he finished up, John said to us they do not warranty their service. So then, 3 days later we had a back up again!! I called the office and asked if they could tell us how far they went in, and I was told they went in 15 feet! what a joke. Also John said he needs to come back on another day to replace the seal for our toilet. You would think they would carry extra seals with them. A return trip would cost an extra $100.00! The poorly drain cleaning cost us was $450.00. Dear readers of this review, don't say you have not been warned! This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach!!!

We have had great experiences with John’s sewer and drain cleaning. Quick response, honest service, and they get the job done right the first time. Highly recommend them!

Main drain (it plugs every couple years with roots) clogged after my shower on Saturday. They said they could come out in 2-3 hours. Super! The technician called me ahead of his arrival, was a friendly - great guy and knew what he was doing! Have added John's to my contact list for the next time I have a problem.

Hands down the worst, most incompetent company I have ever worked with.. Well, I can’t say I worked with them because they never showed up, they just strung me along for over 4 hours. Called for a main drain cleaning as my laundry room flooded and they said someone would be out in a couple hours since I was “next in line”. I checked back in 2.5 hours later as I had not heard back and she apologized and stated they had gotten busy (thought I was next in line?!) and a tech would be there within the hour. Well an hour and 45 later I called again and she, again, apologized and said a tech would be calling me. To no surprise, over an hour later and no call so I tried to call again to cancel and got their answering service (guessing they’re now closed) so some third party had to pass the message
