Johnson Chimney Sweep Boerne

I hired Johnson Chimney for a chimney inspection/cleaning. The scope of work and pricing did not align with what I was charged (deep cleaning, chimney crack repair, chimney cap installed which was incorrect type for my chimney) I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company without success. Technician came back out due to my reporting smoke backing into house. Was informed by technician it could have been caused by a cat messing with the flue or flue was not fully opened at time of fire. Technician told me had to properly stack wood!
