Johnson Controls Chattanooga Branch Office

Had to call Jonson Controls for the company I work for and was told someone was on their way. No one came out and I called back two days after to see were we where on the schedule and was told that we owed a past due amount and our account went to credit collection when the service call was placed so no one was coming. I am very upset that no one called us back to let us know this, so I get transferred to the billing department to pay the bill of $500 that was owed. I work for a large corporation and we couldn't get emergency service over $500 that we just received the invoices for in the mail two days prior...

Encountered an aggressive work truck on the interstate. I don’t have to hire this company to know that this particular employee (whether they were the owner or a contractor) is a bully. They’re going to cause a wreck either by tailgating or weaving in and out of traffic. I tried to get close enough to read the 1-800 number to report the driving but couldn’t get close enough. So here’s my public report for you, #130608!

Horrible customer service. Insists on billing me for services I am not receiving. Simply the worst.
