Mr J came trough for us in short notice to address inspection items for a home sale. He was very professional and communicated through phone calls, text messages, and picture/video to support his work. We no longer live in the DMV and coordinated the work from the opposite coast. Mr J understood the issues, relayed them back along with his plan to address them. He was able to finish the work needed and more to assist us through the home sale process. They charged me $7875 for an outlet and breaker box and never finished the job. The outlet was put in incorrectly, the box wasn't labeled to indicate what was connected to what, and the work wasn't certified. Additionally, the invoice is not correct, we weren't given a warranty, and rather than be given a 5.9% home projects loan like Michael & Sons did for our furnace, I had to pay almost $8000 up front to get a job done with work unfinished!!!! We will have to call another electrician to finish everything and certify the work. I wish that we had called someone like M&S!!
