We need tradesmen like these. We trusted this company when we needed a whole-house rewire on a 1903 house--tricky stuff with old lathe and plaster walls. They were great. We trusted this company when wanted to add an outdoor kitchen. They were great. And we trusted this company when a tree fell and knocked the weatherhead off the house on a Sunday afternoon. The owner personally called me before 7:00 AM the next morning to assess the situation, asked me to shoot them some pics so their crew could be sure to have exactly what they needed, and then they showed up within that same hour with everything they needed. Professional, honest, and reliable is just a great combo for any business.

Johnson Electric is my go-to company for electrical services. When I needed an electrician to help restore services to my parents' home (power was knocked out by a storm), Johnson's came out the next morning and got the job done at a reasonable price. The electricians were efficient and professional all while working in freezing temps!

I would highly recommend Johnson Electric to everyone! I was searching for rewire work on a old home. I got atleast 15 bids from different companies and electricians . ( being a female ) I was told so many different things and given so many different bids . Mr. Johnson came and showed me what all needed to be done and told me that it didn’t need a full rewire like the others. He was professional and got the job done . Mr Johnson came out and recommended that I replace my outdoors CB box due to corrosion. When he was there he also mentioned that they would fix my outdoor light as well. They did the work, I am pleased with the final product. I would have liked them to fill the holes in the side of the house. One was 2.5” in diameter. The electricians ran out of time and did not look at the light. I called and the receptionist said they would notify Mr Johnson. I have never heard anything back. Like I said, I am satisfied with the work, but I paid $3,000. If I told a customer I would do something, I would do it. No matter how small.

I want to start with the fact, that I was satisfied with their service and that the issues started after the appointment! A professional electrician took care of my electrical problems and resolved it to my satisfaction. When I called them after the appointment to make the payment, they informed me that they charge an additional 4% for credit card payments. Not just is it way above their costs for credit card payments it is also illegal in Florida to charge extra for Credit Card payments (except for government agency's). I explained it to the lady on the phone that they are not allowed to charge an additional amount for credit card payments, but she insisted on it.
