Johnson Garage Door

When my garage torsion spring broke they were prompt and very helpful . The receptionist was very courteous and gave me an estimate which they kept. Highly recommended!

Had a spring break. This caused a few other complications to include bent tracks, offset door and cable binding around the upper shaft (no idea what that is called). I contacted Johnson's late in the afternoon and they had two guys out the next morning to check it out (they fit me in). They replaced cables and provided a temporary fix so the garage would function until they could cut a new spring to install. The next morning, they arrived (I was at the office), installed the new spring and made sure everything was golden. I came home and everything was solid. Process was prompt, they made it easy and most importantly they honored their word. This is a company you should probably work with.

Inquired online for service repair on a Thursday evening. When we didn't hear anything back Friday mid-morning we called and left a message. We received a call back Monday from a lady asking when we'd like someone to come out and told her anytime that works for them. She said she needed to check the schedule and call us back. She never called us back.

This was a pleasant experience all around. They communicated well and showed up within a week to install two new garage doors for us. The installer (Ryan) was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the doors were installed properly as our old doors were not installed as they should've been. Opening and closing our garage doors now puts a smile on our faces as they work so well! Will certainly be recommending Johnson Garage Door to friends and family needing garage doors installed!

When I called these guys were at my house within the hour and temporarily fixed my broken spring so I could use my garage door and replaced the broken spring the very next morning! Highly recommend these guys for your garage door repair needs! Hopefully I don’t need them anytime soon again but if I do I will guy call these guys!
