If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely unprofessional! They didn’t show when they were supposed to not once, not twice but THREE times! Their excuse is we overbooked!

Absolute horrible customer service. My landlord called them to request a service call for my dishwasher due to a small leak underneath. They came and looked at it and made the leak worse than it was to begin with which I notified them of after he left because he said to call if it was worse. So I did. They Said I needed new gaskets. they never come back again. A month goes by. My landlord and myself both continue to follow up calling them every two weeks. Then they tell us they have to order gaskets. I texted them my serial number from the dishwasher as requested in March, and he tells me they’ll order them. We both continue to follow up for 3 months now and they still can’t tell us if they got the gaskets or not. Their response was always “well I don’t know I’ll have to check”. I spoke wi

If I could give 0 stars I would. My washer is under warranty and my warranty company sent them my service call. I waited 6 days for them to contact me to set up my service. Called them on the 6th day and then the guy just wanted me to send pictures. Never even looked at my washer. Was suppose to order parts. Got a call yesterday and was told to be at my house all afternoon because they were coming to fix my washer. When I called today questioning why they haven’t shown, I got told they are waiting on parts. Questioning why I got the call yesterday saying they coming, I was told no one called and then she finally she called but doesn’t know why. The woman on the phone then started crying and I got hung up on. Reading the rest of the reviews I can’t even see how they are still in

I purchased fertilizer distributor. It broke and after about 3 months they gave me refund. I didn't have receipt but a bar code was still on the device so they used that to get the price. I thought that was very good of them.

We were totally dissatisfied with them. They failed to provide timely repair services for our oven. There policy to not order repair parts at least daily is unacceptable especially for appliances like ovens which many home owners typically use every day. There failure prompted us to order a replacement bake element over the internet which we received in two days.
