Johnson Pools & Spas Huntsville

There are not enough adjectives in the dictionary to adequately describe our experience with our pool building project with Johnson Pools. If I could give a 20-star rating to Eddie, our project manager I would. Thoroughly knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and always on time. Always had the answer (true answer not just something to appease us) to our questions. Took the time to explain the next step in the process. Not many people would answer a text after business hours let alone on the weekend, but Eddie did and never acted put out. We had a small hiccup with our initial sales contact with Johnson Pools however after it was cleared up, I would highly recommend Johnson Pools and if you are interested in a Spa please ask for David as he has all the qualities of our PM.

We initially had a pool contract with a different company. Unfortunately, our pool builder fell ill and could no longer continue. Craig from Johnson Pools was very helpful and was able to accommodate us in a timely manner. Our project manager Eddie was absolutely amazing! Eddie not only had knowledge about every step but also led the team very efficiently. He was willing to answer all our questions at any time of the project and was always available. Job well done and on schedule. Without hesitation we would recommend Johnson Pools to anyone.

Great people who truly treat their customers well. We’ve completed several follow-up landscaping jobs after pool installations, and every customer has praised how smoothly the process went from start to finish. They also consistently mention how nicely they were treated throughout the entire installation process. From the owners to the salesmen to the project managers, you couldn’t ask for better people or a better company.

I am terrible at writing reviews and am very late in writing this review but want to give credit where credit is due and mostly show the work of Johnson Pools. Investing in a pool is very scary, especially when everyone says they can do the job. After six months of research – we picked Johnson Pools, and we have no regrets when looking back from start to finish. We had the best Project Manager (Frank Suarez) for our pool project. Frank told us from the very beginning that he would be with us until the end and he sincerely stuck to his word. Complex projects have issues and sometimes we had to go a step backwards, but because we had an honest Project Manager/Company this made a big difference because our stressors could be put to the side (especially mine). Late review here. Johnson Pools installed our pool back in October. They were professional and timely in all aspects of the process. Craig did a great job meeting our needs and sticking to our budget for our pool and hot tub. Eddie and his construction team were work great, stayed in constant contact, working around weather conditions and working on the weekend as required. We appreciate their efforts and recommend them for all your pool needs!
