Don't use this company! They cracked our septic lid when they removed it and after pumping the tank and putting the lid back they said it would be fine. The lid has subsequently broke and our tank is full again 3 months later. When I called to see what they could do to help and rectify the situation all they gave me was excuses as to why it wasn't their fault and nobody was able to come out and help. So we called another company 5 minutes later that was super helpful and sent someone to help us within a couple hours. Horrible customer service.

Had the unfortunate experience of needing to have our septic tank pumped due to drain issues but had the VERY FORTUNATE experience of finding Johnson Septic Service to help us out. Only place that answered when we called. Responded in about an hour and went above and beyond in helping us get unplugged. I don’t know the going rate for a tank pumping but felt like they were a great value. Seriously, if you need septic service, call these folks. (But also seriously, we hope you don’t NEED septic service. It’s not a fun thing to need.)

Responded to my message with lightening speed! Veteran owned, reasonable prices for septic pumpouts and port-a-johns. As the new manager of River Country Campground, this is one vendor I plan to keep.
