I have used this company several times for a variety of projects and very impressed with the quality of their work and employees. Always notified when to expect them and they are always on time. Quick responses on work requests. Very reasonable costs for services. Had ceiling fans, garage door opener, pendant and dining room lights installed. They are dependable, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend them for any service you may need!

Purchased a storm door from Lowe’s and was assigned Johnson and sons construction as the installer. I was contacted on Thursday to schedule the appointment which was made for Monday. I was told that we would be contacted by the installer letting me know when they would arrive. Scotty called me ahead of time and let me know a timeline, he came with another young man and they were very professional. They did an excellent job installing the new door and also were able to repair another storm door for a nominal cost. I was very impressed with these two young men and their professionalism. Good job fellas!

I ordered four exterior doors and one storm door from Lowes and had their contractor, Johnson & Son install all five doors. They were professional, polite and worked late into the evening to get my doors installed. The next day, Mr. Johnson and crew inspected their work and made sure we were satisfied with the install! Great work and super awesome customer service!

I purchased a ceiling fan through Lowe’s, installer Johnson and son. I received a call from them in a few days. The installer was clean courteous and professional. He wore a face mask and hung my ceiling fan in less than an hour. He removed all debris and even took the box that the ceiling fan came in. So yes I give them 5 stars.....Thank you Lowe’s.

So we paid Lowe's to have a contractor come and take measurements of our front exterior door and to perform a lead based paint assessment. We were told the contractor would call us to set up an appointment within two business days. Well, four business days later we hadn't heard from Johnson and Son's, so I called Lowe's to find out what was going on. I was put on hold for about two minutes. The agent got back on the line and told me she was extremely shaken up by how rude Mr Johnson was while on the phone with her. He did, however, promise to call me back that day to set up an appointment. That was two days ago. So basically old man Johnson accepted the money from Lowe's but is refusing to do the work. Cool. Don't do business with this guy.
