I used United for a prior container move, without issue, so I chose them again when I needed another container move. I signed an agreement for a container move, which the salesperson sold to me as “fewer moves of items” so less chance that something will break or get damaged. However, my items were picked up in a regular moving truck and delivered in a regular moving truck (see photos). This agreement was changed without my consent and without any prior communication. When I did this same move with United a few years ago, my items were picked up two buildings south in a container truck (so, why can’t they be delivered in a container truck to almost the exact same location) and my items were delivered in a container truck in FL (so, clearly container trucks are available in FL).
