Very polite and helpful, they keep a good inventory and hardly get super busy here.
I have been purchasing my HVAC supplies there for years and have been friends with most of the staff just as long. They don't have a large turnover of employees, so they must be happy while they work!
Brought in capacitor for test was told it was bad. Bought another for close to $65 only to find out that the original wasn't bad in the first place. (NO RETURNS) for a new part that just wasn't needed
Excellent customer service every time. They guys are super helpful.
John in the parts department is my goto guy, awesome service and always knows exactly what I need
