Bought an appliance from Mr. James and was impressed with how much inventory he had. I had an installation issue (my fault) and he was very accommodating and easy to work with. Great communication and responsiveness—highly recommend!

I’ve used Mr.James Johnson’s services for over 20 yrs. He along with his staff are very professional . He’s repaired electrical , plumbing as well as my purchasing used appliances from him. His knowledge & skills to fix any brand of appliance is outstanding. He teaches his employees as they’re repairing or fixing since he’ personally on every job performing/supervising /assisting the actual work himself. Some say his prices are too high , but you pay for what you get. The better the quality , the better the product & lifespan. Being a used appliance is what it says “used” which he tries to put into a like new working condition & comes close. I called Mr. Johnson around 1pm today for a dryer belt. He came out today around 4pm and was able to fix it on site. Very professional and reasonable with price. Definitely recommending him to friends and family, and will be using him for appliance repairs moving forward. Thanks you Mr. Johnson!

Johnson service repair went above and beyond for me on a Sunday! They were very prompt and fast and helped me with the price! They even fixed my electric while they were out here for little charge ! I will be using them again!
