We hired Johnston Electric after purchasing our home in August. Our insurance company required specific electrical work to be completed by a deadline, and we also requested additional upgrades. Mark completed a walkthrough, provided a list of recommended work, and we agreed to move forward with everything. Scheduling was difficult from the start, with about two weeks of delays. During a lengthy scheduling call, I repeatedly confirmed that I understood the scope and cost, but I was still told multiple times that I didn’t understand the project and was asked several times to involve my husband instead, despite clearly stating that I am a homeowner and the primary point of contact. Mark came out on a Saturday to help with my schedule, and knocked out everything I needed done quickly. He was very fair with pricing. Michelle was an amazing help in getting the info of what I needed done, and with scheduling. Amazing people and definitely a go to for any electrical needs!
