Great selections and design help. And huge Shoutout to the owners for resolving some issues we had with one of the flooring manufacturers. We love our new Pecan floors, our backsplashes, paint quality, and everything else we got from Johnstons. Great business all around who truly care about their customer satisfaction.

Nice store. We just wanted to look at paint. Confusing process - first staff said we needed to match paint with flooring and then another said we didn’t. Were told someone needed to come to the house to measure and that there was no charge. She came out, didn’t measure, but gave great advice on paint, which we needed. Found out then there was a charge - which we were not prepared for so it was let go. It’s a fine place with quality, but make sure you are clear when you go in and then ask pointed questions and get things in writing.

Johnston Paint and Decorating handled a major carpet installation for me this week. Dustin Turner handled the installation. He is a highly-skilled artist. His attention to detail is beyond compare. In the past, I’ve had other businesses install carpeting (including a well-known local interior decorating business) and the quality of this man’s work is on a completely different level. Designer Vicki inspired me to take a chance on an idea she had for the carpeting that others had said could not be done. This turned out to be a game-changer. Dustin made it happen and the result is nothing less than gorgeous. Paid a little more and I am so very glad I did. Use Johnston Paint and Decorating for your flooring and you will be so glad you did.
