For all my years of doing business in multiple industries Aaron Lister is by far the best Account Manager that I have ever had. He thinks like an owner, he will jump through hoops to help put out fires when needed, he will assist with complex equipment designs, and will also go out and assist with customer site surveys. Aaron clearly understands the importance of customer support for McMackin Mechanical and our customers.

It is always nice to work with knowledgeable people; they helped me a lot. We have gotten more advice from Aron and Brain, and they worked very well. Our maintenance guy doesn't speak English, so I travel around with him to different stores and suppliers and translate. Of all the different companies we deal with, Johnstone Supply in Warminster is the only place I (as a woman, who knows nothing about hvac and pipes and sequencers and boilers and all that other stuff) have been treated with respect and not looked down upon. Other places act like we are taking up their time and they can't bother to put in the extra effort. From the very first time we walked into Johnstone, Paul Nestler and his team have been awesome. They are very helpful. They listen. If we're ordering the wrong part they'll tell us it's not what we need and make suggestions. If they don't carry a part we need, they will search around other suppliers to help us find it.
