Johnstone Supply

I bought a start capacitor at Jonstone supply. and when I got it home lo install it it was the wrong physical size. It was never used and they would not take it baike or return my money. I will never use them again.

Tried to bring back a brand new part that had never even been out of the box less than 24 hrs later. Told they can’t take it back. Would have been nice to known that whether it be written on the receipt, posted some where in the store or even told to me before I bought it. I understand looking it over to make sure it hadn’t been installed, and if there were any signs then saying no. Definitely won’t be back.

I bought a window unit ac with electric heat, it was the only one on display so I should have known it was defective, but I bought it and installed it 3 weeks later, only to find the compressor short cycles and the electric heat only lukewarm. A defective product. I called and explained the issue, and requested a replacement or refund, only to be told its not returnable. A sad day when a reputable company like this can't stand behind their products. Sorrrrrrrry

My husband and I had a great experience with Johnstone Supply. We had to replace our ac system in January and Cameron and Phillip were awesome. They were incredibly helpful through the entire process. Then 1 month later our house caught on fire. The ac system was fine, but our duct work needed to be replaced to get rid of the smell. Once again the guys at Johnstone made the process painless Cliff did an excellent job at getting us everything we needed.
