It took them four years to reply to a one star review just goes to show how long it’s going to take to get to the customer service when you actually need something. And they replied to me was they’re not open to the public while I’m not the public

They usually have what I need. Open on Saturdays is a huge plus! Be advised they will not take back any electrical parts on a cash only account. You buy it, and it's yours! Know your part is bad before purchasing a replacement. Other than that, decent bunch of guys at the Independence store. Great selection, and Goodman is great equipment. Stands with the best of them.

Totally understandable that they won't give out pricing without an account but they won't even tell you if a part is available unless you go through the time and trouble to fill out their acct paperwork. They're not trying to win hearts. With this kind of policy before you're even a customer I can't imagine what other unhelpful policies they'll spring on you when you are a customer.

I have been in the HVAC business for 25+ years now, and I have been buying from this store for the last 6+ years I appreciate Brandon and his guys, the fact they have Saturday hours is helpful too. No offense to anyone else, but I am glad that they quit selling to the public. For me time is money and if I am stuck standing in line behind someone that doesn't understand what they need etc... It hurts me and my customers. Also it can give quality equipment like Goodman a bad name when it is improperly installed by unqualified people. Thank you guy's for all your hard work!
