I gave them one star, because they’re cooperating with theirs’ customers and cheating on the people that theirs customers services/ serviced. The HAVC that I used came to this supplies company bought a heat handler plate for a furnace which cost the price from $165-$170 . The sale man fake update a receipt for $500 plus tax ( which it would be $530 after tax) . I called company and complain to the phones operating, he said “ they don’t care for that. I told him : that was wrong if they are helping theirs’ customers cheating on the people their customers services. The phones operated said “that's not our problem “ To everyone who’s owning a house , that’s our problem so we have to care!

I’ve been purchasing equipment, materials, & tools from Johnstone’s Louisville stores for close to a decade. The employees driving their vans, drive over the speed limit, cuss at people, and act like they are pointing guns at you all for driving the speed limit.
