Johnstone Supply

I would submit no stars for this Johnstone branch in Lowell were it possible. I was visited the store to pick up a condenser motor and a capacitor. The first clerk Chaz was excellent, but I was uncertain as to what I was purchasing so I had to wait for a reply since my technician was in Maine and would not return to Massachusetts until Sunday. I returned to the store within the hour and was served by Chris Stanley, who to my very surprise was also the manager of that branch. Chris mentioned to my brother on the phone, who is also a licensed technician/business owner that, 'this gentleman has already wasted enough of our time.' Although this was the first time he was serving me, I found Chris to be arrogant, dismissive and callous. I'm surprised at the types that Johnstone corporate would u

Refused to sell me a furnace filter without an HVAC license even though they had them in stock. Totally ridiculous. Went to FW Webb down the road, no problems.
