I bought a compressor there , I gave them the infos from my A/C unit and they advised me a compressor that wasn't compatible with my unit , my technician installed it it works for few minutes then stop working , I went there to get a replacement since it’s under warranty they telling me that I put the compressor on the wrong unit that they warranty won’t cover it yet they are the one that reassured me this is the compressor for my unit , the guy was very rude to me , no hearts, no ethics at all , he had no respect maybe because I’m someone of color , I have appointment with the BBB ,if this not helping I will get a lawyer , Im ready spend thousand of dollars just so they will stop profiling people, I never seen in my life where you did a customer wrong and not trying to make it right , I

Compressor went out last week in a Goodman AC unit after a year, and it has a 10 year warranty on it. Temperatures have hit 111 degrees Fahrenheit, and we have a kid with extreme asthma that’s only getting worse because of this situation. They have the part in store, but have to order it since it’s a warranty part, and it’s back ordered apparently. With no ac for the past week and no estimated time of when the part will even be shipped, am I wrong to feel so disregarded? Never have I been so dissatisfied by customer service before, and they are so primitive that they have not even developed the superego to discern from right and wrong, and show some level of concern.

BAD SERVICE! I bought 3 split units about 2 months ago, All worked but 1, and returned it, and they won't warranty it. Keith the counter man said "I HAD TO EAT IT"!!!! They will not refund the money for it, now. They sold me a bad unit and expect me to pay for it. I already paid for it and they refuse to refund my money on the bad unit.
