Worst place to buy from. Not only is the customer service terrible, but I am extremely upset with this experience. I went to this location with the exact part numbers and photos in hand, specifically asking for the same replacement parts. I trusted them to sell me exactly what I needed — they deceived me. They sold me completely different parts. When I returned three days later to exchange them — unused and unopened — they refused to help. Instead, they treated me very badly, with rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. These people lied to me and made me lose $1,850. I feel like my money was practically stolen. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Would give 0/5 if I could! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed completely unwilling to help with my inquiries. It felt like they were only interested in making a sale, but once I had questions or needed assistance, they couldn't be bothered. They were uninformed about the products they were selling and showed no interest in providing helpful information. It's frustrating to encounter such a lack of care and attention from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction. I would not recommend shopping here if you value respectful and helpful service.

Overpriced! They wanted to charge me $400 for a motor, went to Grainger Industrial Supply got the same exact one for $229. White bald guy had attitude, wasn't helpful and snarky.

Johnstone as a rule has excellent customer service except for this location. Avoid if possible. No one wants to deal with good ole country hicks.
