Always excellent customer service
I went here looking for some tools. I guess I missed the contractors only sign. I dont have an issue with them not selling to the public. What ticked me off is that the person at the counter strang me along like a little kid "pretending" not to have or know what I was talking about, then only after a minute told me sorry, Cant sell to you if you dont have an account. By this time I was done and just left. If the exchange would have been a bit more pleasant, I would have probably opened an account. I am EPA certified and own a company in aviation. I am also an FAA licensed mechanic who works on and is knowledgeable in mobile a/c systems. This is not the first time this has happened to me in these types of establishments. Awful customer service, it is like if they are not interested in selling you the product 🤷🏻♂️
