You don’t have common 1” pvc sch 40 fittings i need. You do have people sitting in an office while thats the case. You do have a counter slow for a long while for whatever reason. This branch should reconsider its business model and staff within in my opinion.

Always had great experience , counter is great... and Dan c was the best salesman I've ever worked with , would be to much to list on here for his dedication 👏 . But johnstone must be tired of keeping there customers happy so mix it up they did , by letting there salesman go for not selling enuff with no replacement in the pipeline. they have decided to sell nothing and show his customers they dont matter .... keep up the great work guys ...

Friendly knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. Big showroom. I like that I get to actually put my hands on product. Makes it easier to select what I need rather than describe something to a counter person. The texting option is super convenient and they even have lockers outside for after hours or a quick part pickup without entering the store.

Great company, friendly, knowledgeable and all around great employees. I go here for everything!

If you install or fix hvac, this is a great place to go, the manager really tries to meet your needs.
