The service was not up to power. The staff was rude. I do not recommend this place at all and whoever owns Johnstone. The actual company should definitely look into this location because they’re giving that company a bad name. We use them in other areas and never had an issue.
For contractors only...... Hands down best place to buy HVAC parts / supplies , knowledgeable staff and good prices. This is not for the public or dyi ( that's why there is a sign on the front door).
They have always been helpful to me....I don't know why all you folks leave negative feedback, when there is a SIGN on the front door that says, "Licensed Technicians and J-card holders only". If you need a component part for your appliance, check Lowes, Menards, or my PERSONAL FAVORITE source, THE INTERNET!!
Don't waste your time! Will not sale to the public. Needed a limit switch for my furnace and refused to sale me one because I was not a contractor.
I tried to buy an igniter switch they won't sell stuff to the public I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not everyone can afford to have a heating and air service person come out
