It’s unfortunate to have to leave a review like this for a local business, but sometimes people need to be held accountable. I arrived with my children during an emergency for a first-time visit to a pediatric dental office located nearby. Naturally, I parked in a lot directly in front of the building, as there were no signs indicating it was private or restricted. As I was trying to find the entrance, a tall man stood there staring at me without saying a word. I politely asked if he was waiting to enter the office and mentioned I couldn’t find the entrance. Instead of helping, he responded in a rude, aggressive manner right in front of my children demanding that I move my car immediately. Front desk was very rude. If your not a contractor through johnstone just forget about it. Its entirely setup for the contractor and johnstone to make money off the consumer. Got authorization number from AO Smith for a new water heater. AO Smith told me this was one of the distribution centers and they won't honor me because I'm not a contractor with johnstone. If your a DIY kind of person you really have to fight to save money, these corporations only have interests in cash flow through their contractors who make tons of money off the consumer.

Great place. I needed a new blower for my furnace. The sales and counter personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I had everything I needed so it only took one visit. Plus I found out that every Friday is FREE hotdogs for lunch.

We use Johnstone Supply in Reading for the majority of our HVAC Supply needs. The staff and traveling sales reps (Jason & Aaron) go above and beyond to meet their customers needs. Excellent customer service.
