Of all the suppliers provided in our local area, Johnstone is easily my go to resource for any and all materials we can acquire from them. There are 2 huge resources that we appreciate the most here. 1.) The website is incredibly easy to navigate, information of products is very detailed, the "frequently purchased with" section on each page provides me with quick selection of all relevant materials and the ordering/invoicing process is clear and easily obtainable through it. Data sheets for equipment readily available and if you cant find a specific piece of hardware online, theres a good chance they can source it for you. 2.) Michael Lynch and James Conrado are the most helpful sales and technical leads iv worked with from any company by far. They're consistently available even when bus

Homeowner projects, if you need it they have it, if they don't have it they can get it. Plus if you need it and they don't have it you likely don't really need that specific thing and they can advise what you do need. Just remember this is a supply house designed and run to service the HVAC contractors. If you need a lot of hand holding and or think they should spend 20 minutes on your $150 purchase you are better off at OSH where you can be "helped" by part time people with no clue and pay way more for your items.

The clown in the last review was never a customer or potential customer. He was an electrician representing an adversarial attorney. He was caught trespassing and fondling our electrical equipment. We asked him to beat it. Don't you just love this.
