If you need tools, stay away from this place. I bought a scale a month ago; when I opened it to put batteries in, the screws were already stripped. I went back to explain the issue, but they wouldn't take it back—they would only warranty it. ​Today, I picked up Supco breakers to troubleshoot a Trane PCB board. Both breakers were tripped open right out of the box and had clear signs on the casing that they had been used. I brought them back 20 minutes later, and again, they initially only wanted to warranty them. I wanted to buy a TXV valve, but they refused to sell it to me because I have an account in New York, and this store is located in New Jersey. I don't understand why I can't buy this in a store located in the United States of America? It’s a strange business - to buy something in a store, you need to go to your home state.

Absolutely terrible. They refused to sell me Nu22 without proper explanation. The only condition they agreed to sell it was if I come physically and they can sell only 2 cans because they “don’t want to deplete their stock”. No one provided proper explanation why they refused to sell. My company has an account with Johnstone and they still refused. Absolutely trash and ridiculous customer service. I went to united refrigeration in Newark who sold me 10 cans of Nu22 without any issues. You have terrible customer service. You lost a customer. For some reason united refrigeration did not care I have an account registered in Ny. You guys did. Your service is absolute trash. You maybe have to give it a second though the way you sell your products and treat your customers
