Johnstone Supply in Toms River is great. The employees there are some of the best counter sales associates I have encountered since I opened my business in 2013. They are knowledgeable and responsive .. they always follow up … especially Fred!! He is my guy! Thank you Johnstone Supply!

I had spoken to Fred with some very specific questions for my parent’s and friends HVAC systems. Fred was always able to help me out and guide me with these issues. Will 100 percent be back just based off of Fred’s extensive knowledge and friendly customer service.

Overall I've had very mixed interactions with Johnstone, but Fred has been very helpful with warranty claims. Im not a fan of their equipment, but I will, and do buy parts from them.

Best supply house out there. Zack, Fred and Max go out of their way to make sure you have the right equipment. Every time I walk in it’s always a hello right as soon as I walk through the door. I will go out of my way and drive to this supply house every time even if it means driving past 3 others.

If you find yourself at this Johnstone loacation I would suggest asking for Zack, very knowledgeable about HVAC in general but he definitely knows his stuff. Makes the job easy having the right parts.
