Pros: Excellent service. Employees have a vast knowledge base. Parts you need but can only find from specialty wholesalers. No "cheap cr@p" tools or parts in sight. Completely willing to order the part you need. Would highly recommend to anybody in the Plumbing or HVAC field. Prices are excellent for the quality. Cons: prices not listed on shelf-tags; a minor inconvenience.
Contractors beware! This business will share your information including pricing and other information deemed private with your customers. They obviously don't realize the professional obligation they have to their customers who happen to be the contractor. If our customers call Johnstone supply in Topeka ks Jason Wright mngr gives them any info requested when they should niether confirm nor deny any business dealing with any contractor. Law suit pending
They are one of my parts houses and 99% of the time, they have the parts in stock and at fair cost.
Ron went out of his way to help me get the parts I needed. He is a great guy.
