Can only speak of my experience here at this specific location. All in all, terrible experience and poor communication. Ordered a coil for our AC unit was told 2.5 weeks shipping (no problem at all) Followed back up after a month for an update from Jennifer Shorrock, was told she would reach out to the manufacturer for an update. No phone call back. Reached back out 2 more weeks after, still no answer on her part, and again she would reach out to the manufacturer assuring me she would call me back by day end. Today is 8/30/23 and was told after 2 more weeks and ME calling for an update that there’s still no timetable for shipping. Part was ordered 6/14/23 over 2.5 months of wasted time. Refund was issued and now back to square one. Don’t waste your time ordering parts they do not carry.

They're okay. They have one of the best selections of HVAC tools in town, but they're overpriced... By a lot. The guys that work here are pretty great though. And the ridiculous prices are NOT their fault. It's the corporations fault for taking advantage of the working stiffs who need to buy tools, etc.
