Johnstone Supply

I went to Johnstone today to try to get a part. The part was not in stock but my problem still got solved :-) I met a gentleman (a customer, not an employee) at the counter who was a retired HVAC technician and was just hanging out with the techs, enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee. He overheard my dilemma and offered to help recondition my part, which he did with tremendous expertise and experience. Which was actually truly amazing to watch by the way. After he finished we went back to the store because I wanted to tell the guys what he had done for me. He is a regular there and they were not surprised a bit. Every time I've had an issue for the past 10 years with my AC unit they have had the parts available and are very courteous and helpful. Recent Duke Energy power issues have wreaked havoc on the AC units in the area. Glad these are the folks I deal with when I need them. Keep up the great work and service!
