My husband called Jolly Junk to schedule junk removal service from our house. He detailed everything that needed to be done and they gave us a time. When they arrived they said they overbooked for the day so could no longer get rid of our stuff bc it was too big of a job. Misleading company and very disappointing for people that are in the middle of an emergency move.

Lindsay was great, I wanted to make sure we had an empty truck arrive and she confirmed the best time to schedule online. They got here the next day and made sure to get as much in the truck as possible. Even after it looked full they crammed plenty more in. The price was actually less than advertised online. Great experience and we'll be using them again.
