The previous technician recommended an air cleaning unit, but my home is not dusty, there are no pets and I rarely open windows. I was certain the issue was not due to the environmental conditions in my house. Nate proved me correct by figuring out that the issue was within the furnace unit itself. Nate investigated the entire unit to identify the problem . . . he found the issue was mechanical and fixed it. He is polite and professional and communicates clearly. Ray installed a back check valve in my basement..in the wrong location. After ensuring me I would never have back flow into my basement after the last flood, here I am dealing with flooding. He took several days to return a message about it, and when he finally did, all he said was “ check for debris” which there was zero. Not once did he offer to come out to the property to take a look. Now I have another professional plumber telling me that it is installed in the wrong place and I need to pay again to have it remedied. Steer clear.
