Considering the house is very old with fragile materials and delicate historic details we wanted to preserve, it took some extra planning on their side but they pulled it off perfectly. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Communication was excellent, Dave answered all my questions and scheduled my inspection that same week. We sincerely appreciate the work and professionalism of J.O.N. Construction! The project, a complete roofing & siding overhaul and new installation in Fairview, was completed in just 2 days. After they were done, you couldn't even tell that we had just torn off hundreds of shingles, screws, and nails - the yard & garden were completely clear. The first day included tearing off our old chimney, replacing all the underlying wood and shingles, and reinforcing our home with metal siding. The bill was surprisingly affordable too. Easy communication with the company & crew, they were always available to answer my questions.

They fixed the leak, replaced rotten wood, and cleaned up all debris. All that was needed got done for $1,500 less than what another roofing company wanted.

Our experience with this roofing company has been fantastic! Frank and his team demonstrated they are true professionals that genuinely want to do a great job for you. We had our entire roof replaced on my grandparent's townhouse in Hanover, and the process only took 2 days which was perfectly reasonable for our size home and the weather conditions. They even added new gutters at no additional cost. After the project was completed, Dave came over personally to check in and sent us some aerial shots of our new roof. I am blown away by the quality of my roof installation. There are so many advantages to choosing a family owned local roof installer that has its act together. Firstly, 1) the entire team works efficiently together saving a lot of time throughout the scheduling and roof replacement process. 2) these smaller companies tend to rely on referrals from doing good quality work, so you know they won't cut corners. 3) they offered several complementary services for more work I needed on the skylights and an extension for the back roof. After signing the agreement it was easy to find a convenient time within the same week to begin our project.
