This included a kitchen remodel, addition of 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, remodel of existing bathroom, and addition of screen room with summer kitchen. During our first meeting, Jack set realistic expectations, which we GREATLY appreciated since this was our 1st major renovation and we were expecting our 2nd child. JMC was referred to us by 2 former clients. During our first meeting, we discussed our vision & provided Jack with a sketch. He "tweaked" it and presented us with a plan to review. The work began in August, 2019 and we chose to live in the back part of our house during all phases of the project.
