Mold in apartments that they paint over, exterminator does not do regular spraying in apartments, apartment was dirty upon moving in (carpet was not cleaned, walls not painted, bugs in fridge, blinds not changed out and broken) regular upkeep that is suppose to be handled by apartment Maintenance is left up to you to figure out. Having constant headaches from mold exposure from living in it unknowingly for a year!
They withheld our security deposit and there were no damages whatsoever. When my husband tried to get a response from them and an itemized report, he was reported to the sheriff for harassment. Which is slander. They are over privileged crooks who think they can get away with anything.
Always good people to talk to.they are very helpful and are on top of their job
Excellent, quality, prompt, friendly service. Recommend him to everyone who needs fencing . The BEST!!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. A joke of a company. Brandy and Henley are nothing but crooks. NEVER RENT FROM THEM.
