We had a really good experience with Erik at Jones Heating and Air Conditioning. He replaced our duct work and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from beginning to end. He showed up on time , explained everything to where I would understand it, and got the job done super quick. I felt the pricing was fair and very transparent from the beginning without trying to sell me everything. The quality of their work shows, and we appreciated how respectful they were of our home. The other guys tried to tell me my heat exchange (I think that’s what it was called) was cracked and the whole unit needed to be replaced but Eric went up there and confirmed I did NOT need a new unit ASAP. He was there to help us not upsell things I don’t need at the moment. I would definitely recommen

My heater went out at 8pm at night And my house got cold! I needed someone to come out now and fix my heater like now cause I have little kids! Called Jones Heating and Air Conditioning and they showed up fast and I’m in Madera! Took care of my heater and my kids were happy! Now my house feels nice and warm!
