New build with 2 units; Jones did a fantastic job on the install. A year in and no issues. No BS, no salesman masquerading as a maintenance person like the big guys, straight to the point. Local business and independent is key. Josh did our annual maintenance and was great!

They came on time with the necessary tools and equipment to complete our replacement, were courteous and professional, cleaned up the area and finished the job in a reasonable time. Chris answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. Great experience.

Jones Heating & Cooling were great to work with. We were wanting to put in a split unit in one of our Sunday School rooms at church. We were treated the best from the estimate to the initial install. Laine and Connor installed the unit and they done a fantastic job. We didn’t even have to clean up after them.
