Jones landscaping and Tree service L.L.C

Jones Tree Service dropped a tree onto my mother’s fence, shed, and house, causing approximately $1,500–$2,000 in damage. They were working on-site, the damage was immediate and obvious, and responsibility was clear. Since then, they have stopped returning calls and messages and have made no attempt to repair or pay for the damage. They also stated they are not insured, which is extremely concerning for a business doing this type of work. At this point, the issue is not the mistake—it’s the refusal to take responsibility or communicate. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about insurance and accountability before hiring.

We just bought our house in the spring and as the trees around it bloomed we realized the one in the front yard was dead. Every time it would storm limbs were falling. It was only a matter of time before it fell. We reached out to several businesses about taking it down. The others either couldn't do it, or were slow to even reply. Mr Jones came out the same afternoon to give me an estimate, and thanks to a cancelation worked us in the today. They did an excellent job. Dropped the tree safely away from the house or vehicles and cleared the wood from the yard. Definitely going to be my first call next time we need a tree trimmed.

They came to my door asking if we needed tree removal after the recent ice storm. I asked if they did cut down and removal and was told yes. I told him I wasn’t sure, but he lowered the price $200 so I agreed. I asked if he did stump grinding and he said no. My daughter witnessed all of the questions I asked. He cut the tree down and then did not remove it!!!! Now I have a huge pile of wood in the front yard. He denied saying he did removal right to my face.

This company cut our neighbors tree down and in the meantime a branch hit the corner of our porch and done some damage. Said they would make good on it but now won't answer our calls. Poor business.

These guys did a awesome job showed up when they said they were meticulous about how they left my yard very easy to work with and they know their jobs well
