Jones Plumbing Heating & AC

Had a plumbing issue on a Saturday morning. A person answered my phone call and offered help right away. The issue was resolved in about an hour. That is some wonderful customer service!

I got home yesterday around 3 and noticed our upstairs was warm. I called Jones Plumbing and Chris came out within the hour and had our unit fixed in under 5 minutes! It was the best service we’ve ever had! So thankful to have fast & reliable service in our small town!

Had new heating system installed. Done a fantastic job I am so pleased. Thank you Jones plumbing and heating!!

This place charged me 2 service calls, 2.5 hours of labor, and made me pay for a part that didn't fix my furnace at all and then couldn't provide a quote to replace it when temps were in the single digits. Called another place and they had me a quote in 5 minutes and a new unit the next day. I've literally never had worse customer service

I thought I could trust this company I really tried. They came out and did a temporary fix we needed a new part. That's fine I understand. So I call a few days later to say order the part we need because the heat is out and it's an emergency with single digit temperatures coming. They said they will call me right back. No call back so I call back next day and they say part will take two weeks to get in. Remember this is a emergency with no heat and freezing temperatures coming. They say they will have to call me back again and no call back. it's been two months. That's awful customer service when people are really looking for help in a emergency. If you are not interested in the job or work just say so.. Lucky another company had everything fixed in a day and a half and the part ordered in
