Chris came this morning. Had looked at the issue and gave me a price. Went to the store to get the parts put them in then when I took a shower it wasn't fixed so I called no answer. Texted he said to call him. Said he would be back wouldn't leave me hanging. This evening I text him after not hearing from him for 8 hours. and he texts me after I text him(not even have the common courtesy to call) saying he won't be back to do the job cause he refuses to work in mold (caused by the leak I hired him to fix) and cause of cats. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this guy at any cost. $400 later and the issue is now worse!.

Chris was very responsive for a drip in our shower. I had ordered the wrong cartridge and Chris helped me identify the correct one, and he returned promptly to install it. Contacted Chris on a Saturday when a shut off valve under our bathroom sink was leaking. Chris responded right away and was there on Sunday morning to fix the problem professionally and quickly.

Chris arrived within an hour of my call with all appropriate pieces, diagnosed the issue immediately, and made the necessary repairs. He then completed thorough testing, and the problem was completely resolved. I would recommend his services highly!

Selected Chris based on reviews from a social media group to replace two ten year old exterior no freeze faucets. Chris and his helper were polite, professional, neat, clean and thorough. He didn't just install the faucets, collect his fee and leave. He explained why the existing ones may have failed, explained the replacement parts and explained the dos and don'ts going forward. I plan to call Chris for all our plumbing needs going forward and so should you! PS - Later the same day, Chris sent me a thank you text. 4.5 stars for Chris for sure!
