My hot water wasn't getting hot so I called and Collin with a trainee came out. After inspecting the hot water heater he determined it needed replacement as it was 20 years old and had degraded inside. They were able to install the new water in just a few hours, both of them were polite and professional and I would strongly recommend their company.

Super fast and efficient and great on price. They took care of our front yard leak within a day. Thank you guys for a great service! I highly recommend them!

Our tankless water heater went out New Years Eve and we contacted Jones Plumbing and they got us in on New Years Day. Mr. Jones worked with us on payment to divide it up and that helped us a lot. The guys sent out were great and through on the job replacing the water heater. They did not leave til they knew for sure everything was good. So glad they fit us in on a holiday and hot water was had again. Jones will be are go to for any plumbing issues we have.

I’ve used Jones Plumbing twice now, and both experiences were outstanding. About two years ago, Collin came out after hours to fix a broken spigot with a copper pipe. He responded immediately, handled the emergency with professionalism, and got the job done right. More recently, I had a broken pipe in the front yard and needed a pressure reducing valve (PRV) installed. Silas, one of Collin’s team members, came out twice and was incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything and did an excellent job.
