Jones Septic Service

Mr Jones came out next morning after I called. He let me dig and expose lid to save some money on the pumping service. This is my second time using him for this service and I would recommend him to anyone needing there septic tank pumped. Thank you again Mr Jones.

I hired Jones Septic for a pump service. They gave me a 15 min arrival window and arrived exactly on time. They were polite and professional. After the pump was completed they showed me inside my tank and explained their findings. Price seemed to be competitive with other local providers. I would absolutely hire again and recommend to others.

Jones Septic Service came out early Monday morning for a routine septic pumping after I booked an appointment the Friday before. I had a busy day planned and I really appreciate how they showed up early morning and on time. They did the work professionally and left. The price was excellent and the same as what was quoted over the phone when I booked the appointment. If you need your tank flushed (every 3-5 years recommended) these local dudes can be counted on. Have to give these guys 20/10. They were able to cram us into their schedule at super short notice and showed up the next day several hours earlier than expected. Cleaned the tank in record time and explained the best practices going forward They have the best prices I have found in the Mid-TN area. I really appreciate the work they did. Thank you Mr. Jones!!

These guys are great! We suspected we had a blockage in our septic system, plus we needed the tank emptied after being in the new house for 2.5 years. After researching septic services online, we saw the reviews online for Jones Septic and decided to give them a call. We’re so glad we did! We called them on Sunday night and they came to our house by 9am the next morning. The guys were kind and patient; we couldn’t locate our septic tank (new construction and cap was buried). After locating it, they went to work! While cleaning our septic tank, they also educated me on the system, as well as what to / not to do with a septic system.
