The team at Jones Drilling helped us out immensely. They completely fixed the quality of our water at our home. They were unbelievably professional and responsive. Any questions I’ve had about our new pump, I’ve been able to text the technician (shout out to Kurt) and he has responded almost immediately every single time. Would recommend the to anyone.

Came over very quickly. Very polite. Got a quote. It was high. I told him I was looking at other companies because I felt the quote was high and if we didn’t go with them for the pump that we still wanted to pursue water treatment and scheduled visits for salt and things. He wrote back “good luck”. Haven’t spoke since. I can screenshot the conversation and send it to anyone interested.

Called for service and within 2 hours they replaced my pump and made sure everything worked properly. We went without water for 2 days because another service provider stated it must be the water level is too low. He suggested we have our well filled by a water truck and if we didn't get any water it could be a pump issue. I am extremely thankful and satisfied with Jones Well Drilling. Kurt Jones is very professional, understanding and knows what he is doing. I will not hesitate to call them again for any of my well water needs.

Extremely time efficient, cost effective, and good hearted family business. We very abruptly lost all water pressure to our home late evening. Pipes were barely kicking out water from our well. I found Jones Well Drilling from great online reviews. They took my 9pm at night phone call with positive attitudes and said they would be out there 9am that next morning! Extremely efficient. They not only replaced our very old well pump that finally died on us but answered all my questions regarding softener and well maintenance with patience, replaced our expansion tank per our request on spot, and installed an in line water filtration device.
