I called the owner Ron today and he was at my house within 10-15 minutes! He determined that there was multiple issues and it would be best to replace the furnace. We spoke about options and made the appropriate decision based on our families needs and budget. Ron made it a point to make sure that his team would install a new unit today since the temps would be dropping down to zero degrees overnight. I couldn’t be happier with the work that Ron and his technician Mike did today. The price was extremely fair and their attention to detail and professionalism was on full display. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for service or a new furnace installation!

So thankful! Called after midnight, they were able to take our service request and come fix our furnace in the middle of the night. We appreciate Ron coming out in freezing temps to help us! My furnace went out the day before record low temperatures amd record snow... on a night it was already at 1°F. Turns out the best thing for me was a furnace replacement - great timing huh?. Local big name company sent someone out, who was gonna charge me a lot and make me wait 4 days through record lows and record snowfall. I called Jordan at like 5am ish. A few nights ago around 4 a.m., we woke up to a freezing house — with an 18-month-old! I reached out to Ron at Jordan Comfort Solutions, and he came right away. He got our heat back on to buy us some time until our new furnace arrived. A few days later, his guys installed it, and it’s working perfectly. The price was very affordable — even better than I expected. Honest, great communication, and extremely prompt. Highly recommend and they will be my go-to company for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

Our furnace died this week, go figure the coldest week of the year. We called two companies. The first put us in a dangerous situation by leaving jumpers so when we turned on our furnace that night it would not stop running. He also led us to believe there was no carbon dioxide coming into our house but in fact there was. He also quoted us at 8-10K for a new furnace.
