If I could only give a negative stars I would. They came out to give me a quote on a remodel and at the same time I was getting a quote for a leak in my chimney. He heard the price and stated how he hated how people people get ripped off like that. He could fix it for a fraction of that price and he did. He also pulled my heart when he stated he was a Godly man and he had to answer to God one day. Well yes he is correct he will, hope he has the answers with the way I have been treated. The bad work in my home is awful. I have pictures to prove. The hole they cut in my ceiling was patched up but is very visible, the gaps in my laminate flooring that showed after he left and the tile that was placed in the wrong direction to name a few. I cannot call him to come correct the issue as

We had an old deck on the back of our house that needed to be removed…the problem was it was almost 25’ off the ground. Several contractors looked at it and said it was too tall for them to manage. We found Daniel and Jordan Construction though the Angi app. Daniel was very responsive, prompt, capable, and reasonably priced. He and his crew took the deck down in half a day and made it look easy! We hope to do more projects with them in the future!

DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They built a staircase for us last year. They didn't bother to return to finish a small portion of the job. THERE HAS BEEN NO ONE HOUSE in our home. However, since their visit we've recently found missing items of a collection of my wives. She's had these items since she was a teenager, they were also kept in a certain box in the basement which happened to be their point of entry. I don't expect any responsibility from this company.

We're so happy with Jordan Construction. The owner, Daniel, is a great guy to work with - he knows his stuff and really listens to what his customer's wants and needs are. Also, he suggested things we didn't even know to consider in our remodel. He was also quick to verify things with our inspector and make sure everything was done exactly right. In addition to all this; he was extremely fairly priced. Our home is nearly 100 years old and suffered severe damage in a storm. We dealt with a couple of other contractors who are well regarded in the community but dealt with us badly. His crew (especially Jeff) is top notch and answered any questions that we had during the project. We would recommend Jordan Construction for any remodeling or construction job.
