Jordans Electric provided fantastic and prompt service after a tree fall caused damage to my service meter. They were able to come out and repair the damage the next day so I could get my power back on when I was returning home from a trip. They were very responsive and easy to work with and provided pictures since I couldn't see what had occurred while I was away from home.

I contacted Jordan electric around early to mid December for a manual transfer switch install for our portable generator. I sent in pictures in an attempt to save them a trip to the house and they responded with a completely different recommendation in an attempt to save us money, due to rusted electrical boxes and potential corroded wires that would of had to be removed. This option ended up actually saving money and was an option I was told by a different company wouldn't work with our setup. The communication and quick responses were greatly appreciated and they give EXCELLENT customer service. Shane the owner came out to install my system and walked me through it explaining everything to me the entire time. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs you may have!
