After a May 2025 visit from another company left us feeling pressured into an $11,000 sewer-line replacement due to “burst risk” from supposed terra cotta pipes, we called Dave Jordan for a second opinion. Dave came out in January 2026, quickly cleared the root obstruction, scoped the line to the street, and gave us the honest truth: our line is not terra cotta, and with regular root inhibitor treatment, we’re in good shape for years to come. Reasonable, fast, and refreshingly honest—Dave saved us thousands and gave us peace of mind. This is what integrity in a tradesman looks like.

I used Jordan plumbing for a kitchen drain redirect. Initial service was great and the job was done with professionalism. Unfortunately, there was a follow up leak on the work that was done and I have tried multiple times through email and their answering service (the only means of communication) to have someone come out and fix the issue. I'd love to leave a 5 star review if only someone would call me back.
